RFQ Privacy Notice
When you submit an RFQ, we may collect company name, business contact details, country/region code, role, company website, product and platform requirements, PN/BOM, quantity, target delivery date, sample or alternative-sourcing preferences, and technical anti-abuse information needed to protect the submission channel.
We use this information to receive and review your RFQ, maintain the customer/project record, conduct compatibility or engineering review, coordinate follow-up, and protect the website from abuse. Technical compatibility status does not itself confirm inventory, price, lead time or quotation.
Storage, Retention & Security
RFQ records are retained only as needed for customer/project handling, security, audit and applicable business or legal obligations under QIANWU's governed internal retention controls. Access to submitted RFQ records is restricted to authorized personnel and secured business systems.
Website submission uses anti-abuse verification and server-side validation. The browser cannot declare a compatibility result as fact, authorize a quotation, or directly access the Group System of Record.
Cross-Border RFQ Consent
If a governed cross-border RFQ intake route is enabled for a jurisdiction that requires separate consent, the RFQ form will request that consent before direct submission. The consent covers the RFQ data described above being processed through QIANWU's governed systems for RFQ review and project follow-up.
Mainland China direct website RFQ intake is currently configured to remain disabled until the required server-side cross-border governance evidence is approved and activated. This notice does not itself activate that route.
Your Requests
You may contact QIANWU to request review, correction or deletion of RFQ contact information where applicable, subject to records that must be retained for security, contractual, audit or legal reasons.
